1)河流水利工程生态学效应:河流梯级水利工程开发、调水工程等对水生植被及生物多样性的影响等;
2)水生毒理生态学:污染物(重金属、除草剂、表面活性剂、抗生素废水等)对水生植物的生态毒理效应;
3)污染生态学:水生植物对典型污染物的吸收、迁移、富集和转化等。
