研究兴趣
(1)花微生物组学。即利用高通量测序和纯培养等相结合的手段,研究花微生物组及其对植物-传粉者相互作用模式的影响。(2)传粉网络与花演化。利用DNA条形码等手段,研究不同生态系统中传粉网络的时空动态及其对植物繁殖策略和花部特征演化的影响。(3)种子植物的基因组与生态适应。
