病毒感染导致的传染性疾病严重影响了人们的生活和国民经济的发展,B细胞介导的体液免疫反应是机体对抗病毒感染的重要手段之一,也是病毒疫苗发挥作用的重要因素。课题组主要以虫媒病毒以及各种新发与再发传染性病毒为研究对象,结合分子病毒学、细胞生物学、动物免疫学、生物化学和结构生物学等多种技术手段,研究病毒感染诱导的体液免疫应答特点和机制,开发高效保护性抗体药物,并进行抗原的优化设计和疫苗的研发。
