研究概述

  水稻是我国最重要的口粮作物,也是植物生物学研究的模式物种。稻飞虱是水稻生产中发生面积最广、危害最重的害虫。我国每年发生稻飞虱近4亿亩次,其中最主要的是褐飞虱。褐飞虱具有国际性、长距离迁飞性、暴发性和抗药性的特点,常常造成水稻的重大产量损失。本实验室长期研究水稻抗褐飞虱基因,取得如下成果:1. 建立大规模褐飞虱养殖与抗虫鉴定技术,从野生稻和传统农家种中发掘天然抗虫基因,克隆了国际第一个水稻抗褐飞虱基因 Bph14;并持续克隆11个抗褐飞虱基因,获得了发明专利;揭示了水稻抗褐飞虱遗传基础及与褐飞虱的互作进化。2. 发现水稻抗褐飞虱基因编码细胞膜受体或胞内受体,首次鉴定了被植物受体识别的昆虫唾液蛋白,揭示了BISP-BPH14-OsNBR1 三蛋白互作激发细胞自噬精细调控抗虫性与生长发育平衡的机制;揭示了BPH6-EXO70-SAMSL和BPH14-WRKY46-RLCK281等抗虫信号通路及SA 和CK等植物激素在水稻抗褐飞虱中的作用;揭示了抗性水稻通过强化细胞壁或堵塞筛管使褐飞虱不能取食而饿死的抗虫机制。3. 克服种间杂交障碍创制了带野生稻抗褐飞虱基因并被广泛应用的新种质,创制了双基因聚合抗虫性更强的恢复系;开发抗褐飞虱基因分子标记应用于育种材料的检测,突破了抗虫性鉴定难的技术瓶颈。抗褐飞虱基因及种质和分子标记在全国范围内得到广泛利用,促进我国水稻抗飞虱育种的突破、快速发展和大面积生产应用。发表SCI 论文100余篇,其中代表性论文发表在Nature、Nature Genetics、PNAS等权威学术刊物上。
