研究内容
皮肤是人体最大的器官, 也是人体与外部环境的第一道屏障，具有感知、隔离、修复等功能。随着生活水平的提高和社会进步，皮肤相关疾病、以及皮肤的保养、抗衰老等问题逐渐引起重视。引起皮肤病变和加速皮肤衰老的因素众多，如感染、机械损伤、辐射、烫伤、免疫失调等。但对于很多皮肤疾病，如系统性硬皮病、雄性激素性脱发、顽固性牛皮癣等，目前并没有有效的治愈方法。鉴于皮肤中各类细胞的代谢在局部和整体上都被精细调控，而且很多代谢失调都能够通过皮肤病变反映出来，课题组将利用各种小鼠模型及临床样本，深入研究皮肤代谢在皮肤发育、衰老、再生以及皮肤相关疾病等中的作用。旨在通过代谢干预手段调控皮肤代谢平衡，维持皮肤健康。
