主要研究领域及兴趣

  使用单分子磁镊技术和单分子FRET技术,揭示RNA、DNA、蛋白质等生物大分子的动态结构及其相互作用。通过结构生物信息学方法,探索生物大分子的结构动态和功能机制。我们还发展了DNA力学探针,用于临床场景的分子检测和单分子细胞力学检测。当前的研究重点包括DNA甲基化、单分子检测技术、核小体和染色质的动态调控。
