1. 抗病毒天然免疫应答的信号转导调控

2. 炎症相关信号转导调控

主要研究抗感染天然免疫的干扰素效应及炎症反应的信号转导调控机制,在分子、细胞和动物水平,探索抗感染天然免疫信号通路的异常与炎症性疾病、自身免疫性疾病之间的关联,为病毒性传染病、炎症性疾病及自身免疫性疾病的防治提供分子靶标。
