主要研究领域和兴趣

  细胞内表观遗传的变化在多个层面上影响染色质的结构和基因转录活性,并参与了人类多种疾病的发生。本实验室主要关注表观遗传因子,特别是蛋白质的甲基化修饰,在恶性肿瘤和免疫紊乱相关疾病中的作用及其分子机制,探索新的诊断和治疗方案。目前主要关心以下两个科学问题:

1)基因组元件上组蛋白修饰等表观遗传标记建立、维持和遗传的分子调控机制;

2)恶性肿瘤和免疫紊乱相关疾病的发生发展过程中的表观遗传组学动态变化规律及其调控机制。
